Accepting client payments through electronic funds transfer from their checking account?

Is is possible for clients to make payments electronically directly from their checking account rather than using a debit card or writing a paper check? Many clients don't have paper checks with their checking account and would like to avoid the credit card fees.

  Good Afternoon. I would also like to know that answer to this question. We are trying to figure out how to charge the fees for stripe to the client but if we can do it directly through the bank for an online check that would be great. Are there any fees associated with that for our practice?
