Diagnosis code not showing up on superbill

I am for some reason  unable to get my diagnosis to show on my superbill, although it has worked for all past clients. I have created and signed my diagnosis, deleted all old superbills, but when I generate a new superbill for this client, the diagnosis code is consistently blank (says "none selected"). How can I fix this?

  I'm having the same problem. I have a practice client and when I do exactly the same thing, it shows up for that client.
