how many clicks does it take to approve an appointment request?

It takes 6 mouse clicks to just approve an appointment request. THIS IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. MAKE IT EASIER PLEASE.

  I agree that accepting appointment requests is way too many clicks!  it would be really helpful if we could APPROVE MULTIPLE REQUESTS AT THE SAME TIME.
