setting up minor client whose parent is existing client

The minor has the same email address as the client mom. The message "already in use" appears when allowing client mom minor's portal access. This is so frustrating, please help.

  Hi Terrie, did you ever get a response or answer about how to set up the minor client when the email address is already in use?

  Unfortunately, no...I chatted with support and was not able to figure it out, so they put in a help ticket for me.

  There is a work around our office found but the one person who knew is now on leave.

  Did you ever figure out a solution to this?  I am facing the same issue-minor client with same email as the existing parent client
