progress note technical problem: jumping cursor

I am so frustrated.  When I try to type my note, the cursor periodically drops from where I'm typing and the page moves downward.  Then I have to use the mouse to put the cursor back where I was typing.

I thought it might be a problem with my computer, but when I type my notes in a Word document, I don't have that problem.

Does anyone else have this problem?  

Is SimplePractice working to fix this problem?
