Missing or invalid information. VALUE OF SUB-ELEMENT HEALTH CARE CODE INFORMATION-02 IS INCORRECT. EXPECTED VALUE IS FROM EXTERNAL CODE LIST - ICD-10-CM DIAGNOSIS CODE (897) WHEN HEALTH CARE CODE INFORMATION-01='ABK'. HEALTH CARE INFORMATION CODES IS DEFINED IN THE GUIDELINE AT POSITION 2310. (A3 - 21)

I cannot figure out what they need.  Can you help?

  I’ve been getting this for 1 client. I cannot figure it out. Did anyone assist you or did you resolve it?

  Hi Gretchen. I did get help with this one. The ICD 10 codes changed some in Oct and the diagnosis code we were using was no longer accepted so it went back to the Dr. to update the code.
