credit dispute evidence doesnt upload NEED HELP

The evidence needs to be sent to the credit card co because client disputed the charges. The PDF is within size range, but I receive an error message that the PDF is corrupted. Wont upload. The PDF file has been remade four times. It's not corrupted. Need help in overcoming the error. TIME SENSITIVE.

  I had the same problem, there seems to be a problem with the Simple Practice / Stripe system.  Don't let support try to tell you the problem is on your end.  The upload simply doesn't work.  You'll need to press them to do something now.  I ended up missing the deadline because of the slow support.
