Reviewing Treatment Plans

Is there a way to update and review treatment plans without unlocking the document. I keep getting alerts that treatment plans need to be reviewed but have no way of reviewing/updating them. When I create a new treatment plan, I still get the same alerts, as if I didn't create a new one. Thanx

  Same! I love that it reminds me every 90 days. But there is no way to update a current Dx Tx Plan, so I create a new one, pull the previous info and then tweak.

  But SP sees this a a NEW dx tx plan not the old one having been reviewed. 

  How do we show that a Dx Tx Plan has been reviewed ??

  I also would like to know how to review a treatment plan without creating a new document. Is the only option to make a simple chart note stating the treatment plan has been reviewed then specify if there are changes or not?

  I have the same question.  How do I review the plan and modify it to reflect current dx and goals as well as those goals that are achieved?
