I am trying to finalize the consent form e signature for clients and have not been able to accomplish this simple task. I have not past 66 % completion since 3 days now. Not sure how to get help from your platform. I am frustrated that there is no one to help. When client get shared consent, they should have a checkbox on e signatures but it does not appear on client end and i am not able to fix this. It keeps giving message to click on edit and start. i have done that so many times. still on the same spot.
