Appointment shows as unbilled, but claim filed and paid

    I am having the same issue. It still is listed as needing to submit a claim and the claim has been paid. There was duplicate submission. I have deleted all payments and reentered them manually. And it still pops up that a claim needs to be submitted. Please help.

    I am having the same problem. I already submitted the claim and it has been accepted, but it keeps showing as not submitted. Did you resolve this?
