  Any updates on this? All of a sudden, I am getting denied claims with this error code too with clients who I have been seeing for years. Thanks!

  Hi there Kelley,

  I just received a payment for a claim that had this error initially. All I did was take out a hyphen in the client's last name on the claim and it successfully went through less than 24 hours later. This was just my experience with this, not sure if this applies to you, but wanted to share.

  It has to do with the demographic information. Ours was the DOB didn't match the Insurance DOB.
