Still unhappy that SP only allows calendar sync for the top tier
I know that many others have posted on this issue, but it seems SP has continued to ignore this feedback. As a solo practitioner who only works with private pay clients, there are may features in the top tier plan (and even some in the mid-range plan) that I'll never use. It makes no sense for me to jump in price to the top tier pricing plan. But, a simple calendar sync feature feels like a basic option that should be offered at least for the mid-range price package for effective time management.
I might be willing to pay a small additional fee in order to purchase it as an "a la carte" feature. (But, if that were the case, I would also appreciate being able to unselect some of the features I'll never use.) I've stayed with SP despite this inconvenience, because I've enjoyed other features and because the thought of transferring my caseload to a new platform is daunting. But, I really wish SP would listen to and take seriously all the feedback they've received about this issue.

Same. Their obstinance about this very basic feature is mind boggling. For those of us who find the calendar sync absolutely essential, especially due to neurodivergence or some other complication, having such a steep upcharge is purposefully ignorant at best and discriminatory at worst.
