automatically send weekly forms

In order to track symptom improvement, I have all my clients complete standardized surveys before each session. The survey that I send to each client depends on what diagnosis I have given them. Right now, I have to remember to manual go share each survey for each client. I would like a way for either (a) surveys to be sent on a reoccurring schedule, or (b) attached to session reminder emails.
