I have not received any updates on an outstanding ticket since 1/18 despite numerous emails. The chat feature does not give me the options that the instructions say it should offer me: to speak with a living breathing person or live chat with a living breathing person. Is email the only way I can connect with someone at SP? And what if form of communication goes unanswered. Change systems?
