Email/Notification for All SP Providers about Voting for Templates?

Hi! I would like to suggest that SP notify all providers that they can come to SP support to vote for templates! I notice a lot of 0 votes and inactivity, and I think if people using SP knew that this was an option they would be over here voting! :)
