Simple Practice Not Responding to Help Request
Hi, I am having an issue with my appointment reminders going out to clients. I have the reminders enabled for my clients who use Simple Practice but they aren't receiving them, and I have to send them out manually. I submitted a help request, and Simple Practice has not responded for several days. Part of why I signed up with SP is that they offer "phone support," but they don't offer a phone number. How is it considered phone support if you can't call them? Is phone support a way of saying they can pick up a phone to call you but... they won't? I'm at a loss here and figured I would try one more avenue for fixing this issue before I transfer my clients to a platform that isn't deceptive and broken.
