Superbill for family therapy w/o patient

Hi! We have two therapists working with parents (couples profile) and a child (individual profile). Parents want superbills created under the child's profile as the work is focused on parenting and supporting the child not marital work. Is there a way to create superbills under the couple's profile with the child's name (family therapy w/o patient present)?
