Checking-in to Telehealth Sessions

We would love to be able to have a way for clients to "check in" to their telehealth sessions. It would be great if they were prompted to answer a few questions before they are able to start the telehealth sessions. An example of one of the questions we would like to ask clients before their session is: are there any updates to insurance, address, or contact information?
