Sound issues with Apple AirPods
Hello there, just wondering if other clinicians are experiencing issues specifically with Simple Practice when either they or their clients are using bluetooth headphones? I've noticed this happening more especially with Apple AirPods and I've stopped using headphones as a result. Now when my clients are using their AirPods the same thing is happening where their sound is dropping out, and we have to restart the session just to get the sound back online. Sometimes that doesn't work and we have to migrate over to another HIPAA compliant video conference service in the middle of our session.
Please get your engineers to look into and fix this issue Simple Practice! This never happens on Zoom or Google Meet.
