A client has requested that I resend super bills for the past 4-5 months of treatment. When I go to the cl's overview page and input a wider date range, past super bills do not show up. Do I need to go into each month's super bill, delete it, and create a new one in order to generate one or two large super bills with 4 months of sessions on them?

  I need the steps to produce a super bill for all of client's previous sessions/invoices.
