I keep reaching out to simple practice and nothing is working. My EIN comes up with my name and everything but I keep getting an error message that says,

I uploaded my ss-4, insurance companies have no issue pulling up my EIN and matching it to me.

I am unable to send payments anywhere as they are just sitting in simple practice. This has been going on for a week and I cannot get ahold of anyone at simple practice to help me.
