Customer Support

How do we contact support? 

There is no easy access from my account. I see awkward and cumbersome forms where there are drop down menus to send to support. Many times the drop down menus don't have what I'm looking for and there is no "other" option. How can we quickly get a hold of customer service? is there a phone number and/or general email address?
