no show fees
When I mark a client as no-show, it tries to charge the client full fee.
I have an add on of a late fee charge, but then things get really confusing when SP is charging my client the full fee, and I am trying to charge the late fee.
Is there a way to mark the client as no show or late cancel without there being a fee involved so I can add my own specific fee?
You can just change the fee for the specific appointment.
In the client's main page, click the billing tab.
Find the no-show appointment, and click "Manage" on the right side, and select "Edit Details."
Change the amounts in the "Fee" box and "Client Owes" box to the fee you want to charge.
