    You can just change the fee for the specific appointment. 

    In the client's main page, click the billing tab.

    Find the no-show appointment, and click "Manage" on the right side, and select "Edit Details."

    Change the amounts in the "Fee" box and "Client Owes" box to the fee you want to charge.
