I want to add a new diagnosis to the current treatment plan keeping the original diagnosis in the treatment plan.

  I have been trying to figure out how to do the same. I don't want separate treatment plans, I just want to add to the existing one, but it seems I have to create a new one. If I try the "load last plan" it won't allow me to add another diagnosis. Please change this feature!
