Telehealth POS has two options now?

POS for BCBS for telehealth now has two options 02 and 10 depending on if client is in their home or elsewhere. I can only set one in the settings and cannot customize them per client... There needs to be a way to choose both options in the client appointment settings to that the claims reflect the correct place of service.
