Clearinghouse and Availity

Hello,

I in the past had my SP and BCBS of Arkansas connected so it was seeing all payments and having updates in the system. I recently updated my business bank account and when I try to add the clearinghouse in Availity so the systems talk to one another again Eligible Inc. is not showing up. Do they also go by another name or does Eligible Inc not work with Availity?

  I too am having the same issue with BCBS of Illinois in Availity.

  I am also having this same issue for BCBS of CA when trying to enroll through Availity to have ERA files delivered to a clearinghouse that Simple Practice uses (Eligible is not listed).

  Nope no response from Simple Practice here unfortunately and I have done a lot of digging on their website and haven't found anything. If anyone does please share.

  if anyone gets an answer I am trying to set up an ERA with Health first and really don't want to take on another EHR just for this
