No audio with clients

    I cannot hear clients or be heard by them. This isn't the case for all clients but for roughly half, for past two weeks.

    Hi Lisa, are you still have audio issues with simplepractice audio? I was having the same problem; SimplePractice tech support suggested it was a problem with my internet. I tested everything, then tested a few sessions on Zoom. No problem. NONE. In fact, the video was sharper and there are features that SimplePractice telehealth does not offer. I hope SimplePractice takes ownership of this problem and fixes it because although using SimplePractice telehealth is less dependable, it is far more convenient than using Zoom.
