"Never allow video" accidentally selected by client
This was a previous post someone submitted: I accidentally denied video access signing in to a Telehealth call. The instructions tell me to go to my URL to unblock the video, but I am on a Mac, and there is no video icon in the URL. I cannot find a place to change the setting in preferences, either. Please let me know how to allow video access again. Thanks!
And the Simple Practice response to that person was that someone from the team would reach out.
My issue is the same, except it was *the client* who accidentally selected "never allow" video and then there was no icon in the URL to remedy it. I tried deleting the existing appointment and making a new one so there would be a new URL, but that still did not work. My client got a message that said "Unfortunately we cannot access your webcam and microphone right now. Click the [video] icon in the URL to allow us to access them." And there was no icon. Please let me know what we need to do to remedy this. Thank you!
