Appointment reminders when clients are in different time zones

I am licensed in a few different states, therefore I have Telehealth clients in different time zones. I have seen many posts by therapists (and paying simple practice users) requesting simple practice to add a feature that can take this into consideration when clients get appointment reminders. Those posts have been closed by simple practice and the suggestions board links I have found to discuss this topic are no longer active (when I click them to share my thoughts, site states "error 404"). 

In 2023 in a post covid world, it would be nice to see simple practice invest in this infrastructure especially after years of users requesting support. Ive tried all the short term solutions on my end, waiting to see if simple practice is going to make any changes as its been a many years now since folks have brought it up.
