    We are not able to merge clients either. It is impossible for our therapist to know which client record to use so now we have appointments for billings for multiple dup client records. We NEED resolution for this issue. Please.

    Has anyone been given a resolution as to how to merge duplicate client charts? I also have a client with 2 different charts that I need to merge, but it looks like no one has responded to this thread with an answer?

    We have not. We are looking for other software options. This not being able to resolve issues quickly is unacceptable.

    I am having the same issue.  I have a therapist who created two profiles for the same client, notes in one and billing in the other.  How can I merge the two? can we copy notes?

    We ended up needing to manually add the billing documents to the client profile with the intake documents and delete the duplicate client profile. Not a great workaround, but fortunately it was a new client without many notes.

    Adding my name to the list of SP users having this same issue. Duplicate client files exist, with the need to merge. This issue really needs attention, SP, please!

    Experiencing the same issue. I have tried making the duplicate profile 'inactive,' but that doesn't work either as the client has used the same email address. I changed the email address and still have not been able to send intake paperwork.

    This is totally ridiculous.  I cannot merge 2 clients that are the very same, except for a middle initial.  I've added the same initial, and that doesn't work.  There is no preview.  The check bar allows only one check.  I have billings for each identity and a card for only one.  I've manually moved one transaction to the correct account (with the most information), and that makes accounting problems.  I've wasted too much time on this.  Glitches like this are very troublesome and make clients lose confidence in my professional service!

    Clearly the ability to merge contacts can exist then merging clients should be an easy enough task. This is creating major issues in our practice.

    CAN SOMEONE FROM SIMPLE PRACTICE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS?? AT THE BARE MINIMUM, AT LEAST RESPOND TO THIS TO LET US KNOW IF THERE IS A SOLUTION OR IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEE IF ANYTHING CAN BE DONE. IT'S INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING THAT AFTER 21 COMMENTS SPANNING 7+ MONTHS TO A POST MADE A YEAR AGO, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REACH OUT.

    In the meantime, they recommend manually copying over the relevant information to the more complete client profile, then either deleting or setting the duplicate to "inactive"

    I could manually run my group practice on a cheap Cloud Drive too, but we pay hundreds of dollars a month for this service and support.
