Client reminder email has wrong time zone.
Hi there, one of my clients is receiving appointment reminders in the wrong time zone. Client's time zone should be the same as mine EST. Is there a way to check and see if a setting on my end is wrong or a way to fix the problem?

"Settings" > "My Practice"
It should be there. Then you can check another spot to make sure it's carrying over correctly since it's auto-populated.
"Settings" > "Client Reminders" (under Client Communication") > then go through all of them. I just had a similar thing happen but it was the wrong address in one specific reminder. It ended up being in some random spot that was unrelated to reminders that I missed one when I changed addresses.
