  As a group practice administrator I would like to make sure that the counselors are following the treatment path in a timely manner.

  I have created a form to gather data but wonder the best way to build a database with it.

  I would be the only one using it so it would not be included with counselor forms.

  Linda, wondering if you chanced upon any good systems out there. I'm also looking to streamline the intake process as it involves a number of different people and different stages throughout the client onboarding process. We could use an outside project management app but that makes it another program that needs to be constantly checked by everyone and that's not practical for us. Would really like to find some tool that integrates with SP and is HIPAA compliant. Let me know what you got.
