Anyone using Zellis

Anyone know if they are legit? They charge 2.5% per transactions. I have all my insurances working very well through SP. But Providence is only sending paperchecks. I called and spoke with several people at Zellis and they didn't seem well informed about therapy practice. Gave me hesitation.
