Load Last progress note

When I try to load last note for progress note, it keeps downloading a note from 2022, not the most current note.  When I search for the last note with the arrow it does not move to the most recent notes.  It only shows for 2022.

  I am having the same issue with all of my clients notes. This just began today.

  Similar problem. When I hit "load last note", it says "this client does not have a previous note".
