Fee Adjustment for the session

My billing is a mess because the system has created Fee Adjustment for the session that end up as CR. This is throughout hundreds of clients. It takes a week to get someone from support.

  Yes, this is major issue for us as well.  when a payment gets refunded it also continually shows a credit to the account with no way to remove
