Credentials

How do I get clinician's credentials to be listed on billing documents such as an invoice? Also, is there a way to add a supervisor's credentials to a pre-licensed therapist without adding them as supervisor in the settings (ie not giving access our simple practice account but just listing their name on billing documents)
