    A session with one of my clients this morning was severely disrupted with sound issues. We were late getting started because she could not hear me, so I assumed it was something on her end. But then once she switched from her machine to an iPad, the problem persisted. Sound cut in and out so frequently I nearly switched to the phone.

    I have also been having this issue for the past 3 weeks. It's very disruptive to have to logout and log back in multiple times per session! Has anyone come up with a solution? How can we get an official response to this?

    Hello I know these was last brought up a couple of months ago but I am experiencing this currently.  Has anyone got an answer on this or any help?

    I have not resolved it but I have figured out to fix the problem when it happens. In session I go into Settings>Audio and deselect my microphone. That seems to do the trick and my clients can hear me again. I agree with you though that it is very annoying!!
