I have have been having sound issues the entire week. I am able to hear my clients, but my audio keeps dropping out. We must constantly end session and restart in order for sound to work again. This is really disruptive to the therapeutic process.
I have made no changes to my settings. I have restarted my computer. I have restarted my internet connection. This issue does not occur anywhere else except on the Simple Practice platform.
Any assistance is appreciated
