My simple practice video link reports no connection. I have tried to re-start and when I do a diagnositic test, everything is fine on my end but it will not allow me to start the tele health session. I tried downloading the app from my phone and I am stuck when it is requesting that I as the provider to enter my video appointment link. I tried typing in the one I send to my client but it is still not working.
What can I do to fix both of these issues.?
