Marking Tx Plans as Reviewed

Hi, 

It seems there's not a way to mark treatment plans as reviewed. Scrolling through the forum suggests that multiple users/therapists have also encountered this issue. Unfortunately all of the threads are marked as "answered," despite there still not being an update to marking a plan as reviewed. 

It would be great to add the date of review, progress made, etc. Treatment plans should be living documents. Is there an update on this feature or plans for this to be made moving forward?
