I am trying to enter my clients co pay amount to collect at time of service. When I schedule the appointment i select the service I want to schedule and the amount associated with service auto populates. I also indicate that the client is using insurance. But when I try to enter the amount that the copay should be, its not populating to the invoice page where i process payments. I need help

  I'm having the same issue. I ended up collecting the copay as unallocated just to get the payment collected. Now I don't know how to get it allocated to the copay.
