how do dictate simple progress notes from voice to text on the simple practice app?

I've heard colleagues that dictate all notes through voice on app. I want this. Please help

  I use Windows Button plus H button to dictate into my boxes I need to type.

  how do i dictate my notes onto my client progress notes in their charts?

  So I haven't been able to find how to dictate them directly in SP but you can add dictation on your keyboard settings on Mac and copy and paste them from word or notes apps into SP

  I also want to dictate   into my progress notes rather than have to type into to template of the session
