How to manually enter a claim as "Denied"

I have a claim that came back as denied through the one insurance company who I don't receive payment reports (Aetna Better Health of Kansas)...it has been 2 months now since I submitted the application through SP.  

How do I mark the claim as denied?  The client is checking with her insurance company to see why it was denied...claims have been being paid up to this point.
