Updating Availability

I wish there was a way to copy-and-paste our availability on the calendar instead of manually doing it for every day... I also wish our availability showed up on our actual schedule, and not just on the Availability page.

  Hi Emily, I have recurring appointments set up. So its the same every week. Is this what you mean? I also can see it on my SP calendar. It shows white blocks.
