Is there a way to send reminders to clients who have documents they haven't completed?

    Hi Elsa, 

    In the client's profile, under Edit, there is a check boxes under reminder to send them reminders for incomplete documents.

    Is there any other way to re-send them the incomplete documents? Other than the "Will receive appointment and incomplete document reminders 72 hours before the appointment" option?

    First, Following. Also,  if you go to the client home page and look at the "shared" category, you can delete the shared document (click the 'x'), then re-share them for the client to get an immediate alert to complete documents.

     

    It would be great to be able to send manual reminders outside automated options; like a "send a reminder now" option and without having to delete all the shared incomplete documents and resend.

    @Amy: they actually have this option now!!  If you choose the "send reminder," it will prompt for any unanswered/completed documents!
