A method to check insurance payments received daily/weekly with bank and healthcare payers (all EFT's)

I have almost all insurance payments deposited via EFT directly into my checking (bank) account. However, this has made it very confusing no longer receiving the remittance form with the check and patient name, date of service, etc. Has anyone derived a way to keep track of EFT's from health payers, deposits, etc. It is all so confusing now and I'm sure I'm missing payments.
