How to add a family member - get consent for each party in Simple Practice?

I see that others have added their dismay around the question of how to ensure that all parties involved in a family therapy have signed, informed consent, practice policies, etc.  It is strange that this is going unanswered.

  Hello April, I don't see any comments or feedback from SimplePractice. Are you advising that you can't add these forms for a multi-member client?

  I have sent the form to family members to sign with a wet signature and upload it into the file of the client. Does this work for you?

  I do wish Simple Practice permits a client to be multi-member with various configurations. I shared this multiple times.

  Hi April, 

  I imagine you still haven't heard from Simple Practice re: this issue?  I'm trying to also figure out a simple way to do this but am running out of ideas.
