BCBS (NC) all claims rejected today
All the claims I filed with BCBS in NC were rejected today. 5 different clients and there is nothing wrong with the claims. They look identical to the ones I've filed multiple times for these clients. I deleted the rejections and filed again and they were rejected again for Missing or Invalid Information. Nothing has changed with the practice. I'm baffled.

My reply from customer support a little while ago:
Our team is currently monitoring a recent increase in claim rejections for payer NCBLS with the rejection message: “Missing or Invalid Information.”
Our clearinghouse is working to investigate this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please do not delete and resubmit your NCBLS rejected claims. Once this has been resolved, we’ll reach back out to you.
