It would be so great if whenever an appointment needs to be cancelled, it requires you input a note about the cancellation. Then once the note is written, and the appointment is cancelled, if there could be an option to send a notification to the therapist that the appointment was canceled and have it include that note, that would be super great.
We have 5 admin staff across 3 locations who answer the phones to help cancel appointments when clients call in, and usually we have to send an email to the therapist about the cancellation and why it occurred. If we could simply click on the appointment, click cancel, and include a cancellation note and author name, then sent a notification email to the clinician, that would save us so much time.
