    I'm glad to see this...not that you have a problem, but I am not alone in this ongoing issue. It has definitely been an issue with roughly 50% of the people I see, and having them leave and sign back in is the only workaround I've found.

    This is happening to me as well over the past two weeks. Leaving and signing in does not always work. Then we are left with audio only, which frankly I could do over the phone without paying for a telehealth platform. Some insurance plans would not be happy with audio only, either, potentially causing billing problems. Could we please get an update on when this will be solved? Appreciate it!

    Same!  I have been unable to connect with any of my clients virtually!  None of the links provided by Simple Practice have worked.  I have had to resort to other HIPPA compliant virtual telehealth platforms.  At this point, considering whether or not I need to continue with Simple Practice.
