VIDEO FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING (NEITHER PERSON CAN SEE ANOTHER)
This started around two weeks ago. Suddenly people are signing in as usual, but the video is not active. People have to sign out then sign in to get it to work. The only pattern I've noticed is that it seems more common with iPads.

This is happening to me as well over the past two weeks. Leaving and signing in does not always work. Then we are left with audio only, which frankly I could do over the phone without paying for a telehealth platform. Some insurance plans would not be happy with audio only, either, potentially causing billing problems. Could we please get an update on when this will be solved? Appreciate it!

Same! I have been unable to connect with any of my clients virtually! None of the links provided by Simple Practice have worked. I have had to resort to other HIPPA compliant virtual telehealth platforms. At this point, considering whether or not I need to continue with Simple Practice.
