Help! I can't get SP to submit a Z code to Cigna. It's coming back rejected by SP. What can I do?

  You could be entering a code that is not specific enough for billing. For example, if I bill F31.3 Bipolar disorder, current episode depressed, mild or moderate severity, it will be rejected. I would have to enter a more specific subcategory of F31.3 such as F31.32, Bipolar disorder, current episode depressed, moderate.
